About the course

This four week beginners course is ideal for anyone new to yoga or for those looking to build skills and confidence in their practice.  

Begin your yoga journey as part of a small, relaxed group with plenty of time to ask questions and explore specific poses or sequences in more detail, while working on strength and flexibility.

This course will look at:

Asana practice  – including standing, seated and balancing postures

Breath work – looking at how the breath can be used with movement

Alignment of the body  – specifically in the foundation poses

Relaxation  – techniques to focus and still the mind


The nature of this course will allow for the individual needs of the students, where you will be shown how to safely prop and modify postures for your body.

If you are intrigued by yoga but don’t know where to start, then this is the ideal course for you.

Starts on Monday 13th January at 6-7pm for four weeks.
