4 WEEK BEGINNERS’ COURSE: AN INTRODUCTION TO YOGA WITH EVY

About the course
Curious to try yoga, but unsure where to begin? Join Evy for this 4-week beginner yoga series. Each class will focus on foundational elements of a vinyasa yoga practise and how the mind, body, and breath work together. In this small-group setting, students will receive individual attention and have plenty of opportunity to ask questions.
In this series, students will explore:
– breath techniques
– skeletal alignment for foundational postures
– sun salutations
– breath to movement flow
– modification and use of props to safely support your unique practice
Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely. Bring a bottle of water if you’d like.
Designed for beginners, but open to all!
Date/Time: Wednesdays – 25 March and 1, 8 and 15 April; 6:00pm-7:00pm.
Starting on Wednesday 25th March at 6-7pm for four weeks.
