Our studio offers an immersive experience from the moment you step off the street.

We have nurtured the space to create an environment that transports you from the bustle of your daily life to a place of peace and calm, honouring the time you’ve taken for yourself on your yoga mat and allowing you to fully immerse yourself in your practice.

We have 2 fully equipped and dedicated studio rooms where we teach yoga and pilates. Studio  Room 1 is at the front of the building, and is large and bright and fills with natural light throughout the day. Studio Room 2 is at the back of our building, and offers a more intimate and ambient space.

We are pleased to offer mats and any supportive equipment you may need throughout your class, at no extra charge.

Additionally, we have a large changing room and shower facilities, and a spacious reception to welcome you as you arrive.

Situated in the heart of Dundee, at the Old Mill Complex, the studio is just a short walk from Nethergate and Perth Road.
